PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a narrow pitch connector, a micro-machine, a piezoelectric actuator, an electrostatic actuator, an ink jet head, an ink jet printer, a liquid crystal panel, and electronic equipment, capable of reducing position displacement of a terminal even if thermal stress is applied. ;SOLUTION: A connector main body 22 is formed with a member having a thermal expansion coefficient almost equal to that of a substrate constituting a connecting object 30, plural semiconductor devices are installed on the surface of the connector main body 22, and a wiring pattern and a common wiring layer to be connected to these semiconductor devices are installed. A terminal electrode 36 capable of piling on a terminal electrode 38 is installed on the other end side of the wiring pattern and the common wiring layer. In a narrow pitch connector 20 of this kind, position displacement to the connecting object caused by heating is made small, and the mounting area of an outer substrate can be reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
