PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric porcelain composition which enables interpolation and lamination through its co-firing with a low-resistance conductor such as Ag and Cu, can be fired at 775-1,000°C, has a dielectric constant εr of about 8-20 and a large Q×f0 value and is excellent in thermal conductivity, wherein the absolute value of temperature coefficient τf of resonant frequency f0 is easily adjustable to ≤20 ppm/°C.;SOLUTION: The dielectric porcelain composition contains 5-150 pts.wt. glass component against 100 pts.wt. main component represented by the formula: xSi3N4-(1-x)(aZnTiO3-(1-a)Zn2TiO4) (wherein x and a are within the ranges of 0.075≤x≤0.925 and 0.3≤a≤1.0, respectively).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
