PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security management method of an optical disk drive which is enhanced in security.;SOLUTION: The security management method includes a security information reading process S22 which reads security information on data to be a read subject from two or more places of the optical disk and a security information determination process S24 determining the security information of the highest appearance frequency by comparing with the security information retrieved from two or more places as valid security information.
