PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas alarm device allowing easy and certain operation inspection in a short time and to provide an inspection mechanism therefor.;SOLUTION: This gas alarm device has an alarm mechanism 12 executing alarm operation when a detection output outputted by detecting the presence of a detected gas exceeds an alarm level of a prescribed output. In the gas alarm device, an alarm inspection level is set such that the alarm mechanism 12 executes the alarm operation when the detection output exceeds an alarm inspection output lower than the prescribed output in normal gas detection.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
