PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a random number inspection circuit for easily inspecting periodicity of random number output, a random number generation circuit equipped with the same, a semiconductor integrated device, an IC card, and an information device terminal using the random number generation circuit.;SOLUTION: By focusing on how many types of series of "1" and "0" exist in random number output and counting the series in a random number sequence to check the type of the series, the periodicity of the random number sequence is inspected abnormality is determined.
