PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin film which can be manually torn and less stretchable and has a required tensile strength.;SOLUTION: This partially oriented film 1 has many recessed strips 10 having their longitudinal direction coinciding with the width direction and/or the longitudinal direction of a non-oriented polyolefin film 1', formed on the surface of the film 1'. The film 1' is oriented in the width direction of the recessed groove 10 at a region where the recessed groove 10 is formed. Thus, the finished film 1 comprises an oriented part 11 which is formed by the orientation process and a non-oriented part 12 which remains non-oriented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
