PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fiber material or clothes capable of inhibiting see-through infrared photography without deteriorating the feeling and physical properties, etc., by placing a part having infrared absorbing or infrared reflecting action on a cloth. SOLUTION: A fiber cloth or clothes produced by using the cloth provided with an infrared absorbing or infrared reflecting part is formed by printing a surface of a fiber cloth with a treating liquid containing an infrared absorbing agent such as anthraquinone compound or iminium compound or an infrared reflecting agent and a binder resin such as an acrylic resin in the form of a pattern unevenly distributed on the surface at a ratio of 40-80% of the total surface area and fixing the printed pattern.
