PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aspartic acid aminotransferase activity-measuring reagent which can inhibit the increase of a reagent blank reaction, namely the increase of an initial absorbance, and to provide a method for measuring the same.;SOLUTION: This aspartic acid aminotransferase activity-measuring reagent comprising L-aspartic acid, 2-oxoglutamic acid, a malic acid dehydrogenase, a lactic acid dehydrogenase, and a reducing type nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide is characterized by further containing a substance having an action for inhibiting the activity of the lactic acid dehydrogenase.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
