PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily embed a box apparatus into a concrete at a low cost with no separate fitting brackets and the like. PSOLUTION: A box 2 has a front side opened, comprises a bottom wall 5, and is provided with an engagement part 6. A box cover 11 is engaged with the front surface of the box 2, and is provided with a nail inserting part 16 where a nail can be inserted from the rear surface to secure to a mold with an open part 13 abutted to the mold, and also provided with an engaged part 15a which engages with the engagement part 6 of the box 2.
