PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein with hindrance of rivets already placed, a main body totters on a placing surface or a boring surface, which hinders work in a stable condition.;SOLUTION: A rivet fixing means 2 is provided with a fixation part 2a arranged on an under surface of a pressing member 1, an annular unit 2c provided on a bottom face of the fixation part 2a through an fitting substrate 2b, an annular clamping part 2d expansively and contractibly arranged in the annular unit 2c, and a rotary handle 2e for adjusting the inner diameter of the annular clamping part 2d. The fitting substrate 2b is provided with a fitting hole 2b1 formed to be fitted with the annular unit 2c at a central part. The fitting substrate 2b is provided with a magnet unit 2b2 on a side surface. The inner diameter of the annular unit 2c differs depending on the sizes of the rivets or a nut with a bolt to be used. The annular clamping part 2d is composed of half body parts 2d1, 2d2, and the inner diameter of the clamping part 2d is freely reduced with the rotating operation of the rotary handle 2e.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
