PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with an impact load applied to a driven object and a press force in a moving direction in a small-sized motor type electric actuator.;SOLUTION: The small-sized motor type electric actuator 1 comprises a worm 4 connected to a motor shaft 3 of the small-sized motor 2, a worm wheel 5 engaged with the worm 4, and an output gear 9 rotated by the worm wheel 5. A slide plate 51 directly linked to the output shaft 9 is installed on a pivot shaft 7 that pivotally supports the worm wheel 5, and the slide plate 51 and the worm wheel 5 are connected by a buffer mechanism A by which the slide plate and the worm wheel are automatically engaged with and released from each other according to torque applied between the slide plate 51 and the worm wheel 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
