PURPOSE: A pre-loading device for a miniature step motor and the miniature step motor including the same are provided to prevent the length increment to the axial direction of a motor caused by a pre-loading structure by not forming a separate groove in a rotor for fixing an elastic member. CONSTITUTION: A pair of rotation support members (410) supports both ends of a rotor (200) which has a shaft (422). A pair of rotation support members is installed by being inserted into a bracket (100). An elastic member support groove unit (420) is formed on any one between a pair of rotation support members. The elastic member elastically presses the rotation support member and the rotor. A stator (300) is arranged in order to surround the rotor.
