PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen transition controller and a screen transition control method capable of flexibly coping with a change when a screen is added or deleted.;SOLUTION: This screen transition controller stores a name of an output screen transitionable from screen classification correspondingly to the screen classification of an output screen generated before transition and a URL of a program generating the output screen after the transition in each the output screen generation program.
