PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformation heat treatment method of a NbSB3/SBAl superconductive wire suitable for a superconductive magnet or the like of an NMR, an MRI diagnostic device or a maglev train requiring a stable superconductive characteristic even if it is low. PSOLUTION: This application provides a composite wire of Nb(Al)SS/Nb having a stable superconductive characteristic even if it is low and its manufacturing method by minutely examining the relationship between a temperature raising rate and a plastic deformation amount up to a transformation temperature region. For instance, after the NbSB3/SBAl superconductive wire is subjected to plastic deformation where R.A. exceeds 20% before the transformation heat treatment, its temperature is raised up to a transformation heat treatment temperature region by setting the temperature raising rate below 200C/h.
