PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly perform the geometrical correction of a photographed image by setting three-dimensional coordinates value to the part to be photographed of the wall surface of a tunnel hole. PSOLUTION: A feed truck 2 is loaded with CCD cameras 3a and 3b for photographing the wall surface (a) of the tunnel hole, a total station 6 or the like, and a change in state of the wall surface (a) of the tunnel hole is investigated while advancing the feed truck 2 in the axial direction of the tunnel hole. The three-dimensional position data to a front reference point b1 or a rear reference point b2 is acquired by the total station 6, and the three-dimensional position data to the CCD cameras 3a and 3b at points c1, etc., being the central points of the part to be photographed of the wall surface (a) of the tunnel hole are acquired. Then, geometrical correction in the same reduced scale and the same scale is performed with respect to the total range of the photographed images d1, etc., due to the CCD cameras 3a and 3b using the acquired position data and a plurality of the photographed images d1, etc., subjected to geometrical correction are mutually synthesized.
