PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file management system, an accounting system and a file management program which can unitarily manage information on customers in a company.;SOLUTION: A customer file having the information on the customers and the customers' IDs, a classification file having classification content data and classification IDs for classifying the information on the customers according to each of sections which use the information on the customers, an expansion information file having expansion information IDs which are provided according to each of the contents of the classification and provided independently to each of the information on the customers and a table in which the classification IDs, the customers' IDs and expansion information IDs correspond to each other are stored in a storage means. Based on the table and the customer file, the information on the customers corresponding to the expansion information IDs designated by the expansion information file and the classification IDs corresponding to the expansion information file designating the expansion information IDs concerned is searched and displayed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
