PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden on a worker and to improve work efficiency by converting a document format different for each financial institution to a standard document format when entering data while watching a document image. ;SOLUTION: A document image processing managing server 3000 recognizes the document types of document images received from business shops 1000 and 1500, segments an item image from the document image and transmits the segmented item image to a data input terminal 5000 by making the segmented item image to correspond to an item display area specified by the standard document format of the job. The data input terminal 5000 arranges and displays the corresponding item image in each of item display areas of a standard document. When data corresponding to the item image are inputted, the inputted item data are transmitted to the document image processing and managing server 3000.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
