PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat fusion bonding type fluororesin-coated metal plate having excellent weather resistance, processability, corrosion resistance, solvent resistance and design property. ;SOLUTION: A first constitution contains a conversion treatment layer, primer layer and colored fluororesin layer sequentially formed on a surface of a metal plate, further partly formed printing ink layer, a fluororesin film layer thereon, and a heat fusion bonding layer formed between the colored layer and the ink layer or fluororesin film layer. A second constitution contains an ink layer and heat fusion bonding layer of a film by press-bonding the film obtained by backing printing the ink layer on a substrate steel sheet heated to a melting point of higher of the ink and film to thermally decomposing temperature.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
