PURPOSE: To visualize a print pattern through a surface and to improve its design by printing the pattern on a rough surface formed on a surface of a metal plate, then heating it, and thermally fusion-bonding a fluororesin film thereon. ;CONSTITUTION: A metal plate (m) made of a zinc steel plate, a stainless steel, etc., is corona discharged, and roughed on its surface. A pattern pr is printed on the rough surface (ro) by a printing roll (po). Then, the surface of the plate (m) is heated to a melting point or higher of a fluororesin film (Ff) by a heater (h). The film (Ff) is thermally fusion-bonded to the heated surface (ro). Here, since it is printed after the pattern (pr) is roughed (ro), the pattern (pr) is fixed to the plate (m). The film includes, for example, ethylene tetrafluoride copolymer. Thus, the pattern (pr) is protected by the transparent fluorine resin film.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
