A second member 20 connected to the first member 24 is provided with a locked part 27 engaged and disengaged by the axial movement of the locking member 29. The support frame 36 is provided with an energizing means 47 for energizing the locking member 29 in a locking direction. The locking member 29 is provided with the handle 37.
