PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a nurse to obtain sufficient information on a patient, and to easily input patient information at a visiting place and to eliminate the need of the maintenance of a system. SOLUTION: A client terminal installed in a user, a server installed in a service part transmitting information to the client terminal and an information terminal accessing the server are arranged. The information terminal can transmit identification information showing to which user the information terminal corresponds to the server. The server is provided with a first processing means for transmitting information corresponding to identification information transmitted from the information terminal with respect to access from the information terminal, a second processing means processing information transmitted from the information terminal and transmitting it to the client terminal of the user corresponding to identification information and a storage means.
