PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a serial data detection circuit compliant to USB standards or the like in which a variation in threshold is reduced to make a high-speed operation possible by adjusting an offset current quantity in accordance with a process, a temperature and the like.;SOLUTION: While using an operational amplifier 18, an offset circuit 23 performs offset adjustment to a differential amplifier circuit 21 of a reference receiver 17 such that an output voltage of the reference receiver 17 to which a different predetermined constant voltage is inputted becomes the same voltage as a voltage imparted from an inverter threshold voltage generating circuit 16. Then, the offset adjustment performed to the reference receiver 17 is performed to a receiver 11 to made the offset of the receiver 11 constant.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
