PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To observe the movement of an object to be observed such as gravel in the case of swell of water in rivers and the like.;SOLUTION: A transmitter for movement observation is installed as a marker on the object to be observed, and the observation object installed with the transmitter for movement observation is arranged in a channel of the river and the like. After the swell of water, it is searched with the receiver for movement observation in downstream, low-frequency electromagnetic wave that the transmitter for movement observation transmits is received with the receiver for movement observation. Identification numbers allotted to every observation object are extracted accordingly to the frequency of the received electromagnetic wave and movement location is identified for every observation object.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
