PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise consciousness of prevention of traffic accidents by providing information on accident-prone locations which meets a user's wishes and fits his or her driving style.;SOLUTION: A mobile communication apparatus 12 of a car 11 of a user is connected to a network navigation center 10 via an antenna 13, an antenna 15 of a base station, and a general telephone circuit network 16. Signal of current position information API, etc., of the car 11 is transmitted from the communication apparatus 12 to the navigation center 10. The navigation center 10 retrieves information TAI on all accident-prone locations within a predetermined distance from the current position of the car 11, on the basis of the received position information API, etc., and transmits the information to the communication apparatus 12. Incidentally, this information TAI has been provided from an information providing center 18 connected to the navigation center 10 via the Internet 17.
