PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact destination information managing system for managing the contact destination information indicating the contact destinations and the image output information for outputting a predetermined image and/or characters. PSOLUTION: The contact destination information managing system is connected as a server 20 to the Internet 22. When a creation client 25 transmits business card information including the contact destination information and the image output information to the server 20 via the Internet, the server 20 manages the business card information. Further, the server 20 transmits the contact destination information within the business card information together with the access information to a reception client 30 registered into transmission destination information DB 50. The reception client 30 manages the contact destination information according to an address book 80, while it requests an output of a business card image based on the business card information from the server 20 and prints the business card image.
