PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method for coating an aluminum material, a coater and a pretreating device for coating by which a coating film free of blisters and excellent in smoothness is obtained. ;SOLUTION: At least a rewinder 2, a coater 3, a baking furnace 4 and a winder 5 are arranged in this order, and an aluminum material S is continuously coated by this device 1. A heater 6A and a cooler 6B are provided in this order between the rewinder 2 and the coater 3, hence the surface of the pretreated aluminum material S is heated to 150C to obtain the stable dried surface, and then the material is cooled to 100C and coated with a water paint to secure the fluidity of the water paint.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
