PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a delivery slip with an IC module which does not give rise to a malfunction by radio interference and has high reliability. ;SOLUTION: This delivery slip has a client copy slip 2 which is disconnected from the delivery slip after receiving a delivery item from a client and is handed to the client and the delivery slip 3 which is disconnected from the delivery slip after receipt of the delivery item by a consignee and is brought back by a delivery company. The IC module 36 of a contactless type and an antenna initially set to a communication invalid state are mounted at the delivery slip. The antenna is so constituted as to be set to a communicate effective state from the communication invalid state when the client copy is disconnected from the delivery slip.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
