PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a QMS information managing method for easily editing department QMS information according to the revision of common QMS information in the operating configuration of QMS that the common QMS information is transferred to each department so as to be customized.;SOLUTION: In receiving a predetermined start instruction, a computer displays a table in which all items in a department process DB 12 are listed so as to be edited into each line at a display device 10c. When the items prior to correction and the items prior to customization are the same in the revised common process DB 11, the items prior to correction and the items posterior to correction are described in the line of those items.
