The present invention relates to controlled-release beads comprising diquinoline-substituted piperazine-piperidine compounds, such as 5-fluoro-8-{4-[4-[(6-methoxyquinolin-8-yl)piperazin-1-yl]piperidin-1-yl}quinoline, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof; to multiple particulate formulations comprising such beads; to methods of preparing such beads; and to methods of treating 5-HT_1A-related disorders using such beads and/or multiple particulate formulations.
