Human dose of an immunogenic composition comprising an Antigen or antigenic preparation, in combination with an adjuvant, the adjuvant comprising an immunologically Active saponin fraction derived from the Bark of Quillaja saponaria Molina presented in the form of a Lipo Soma and lipopolysaccharide.In which the fraction of saponin and the lipopolysaccharide are both present in the Human dose at a Lower level of 30 mg. This provides an additional adjuvant composition in a volume suitable for Human dose comprising between 1 and 30 mg of an immunologically Active saponin fraction in the form of a liposome.
