The anchor (1) comprises a first connector means at one end for securing inside the wall (25), a second connector means at the other end for attaching a railing support stand (6), and a third connector means for securing to the wall. The first connector comprises a threaded cylindrical part with a variable length. The second connector comprises a plate containing a cylindrical opening and designed to protrude from the wall. An independent claim is also included for a safety railing support for securing to the anchor, comprising a vertical support bar (7) with at least one plank holder (8), the underside of the bar being provided with a support rod (9) extending at right angles to the bar length axis, one end of the rod being rigidly joined to the bar, while the other end can be joined to the second connector on the anchor.
