The invention relates to a method according to which, using wasteless technology with a restricted number of operations and cheap and accessible raw materials used a single time in a fixed mass ratio, an explosion-proof combustible steam-hydrogen mixture is obtained and fed for ignition and burning out after a certain induction period, such mixture representing high-calorific and ecologically pure fuel. It is obtained after successive stirring of water heated up to a temperature of 40-45 degrees C with calcium hydroxide in the form of slaked lime in a mass ratio of 1,7:1, and the obtained solution with waste activated aluminium chips of fractions 0,001-3 mm2 in a mass ratio of 1:7,8 with respect to the calcium hydroxide in the form of slaked lime, whereat the processes run consecutively and continuously in a system of reactors at a temperature of 55-60 degrees C.
