ISOLATED HUMAN ANTIBODY, NUCLEIC ACID, VECTOR, CELL, METHOD OF PRODUCING A HUMAN ANTI-KIR ANTIBODY, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION, AND METHOD OF POTENTIATING NK CELL ACTIVITY IN A COMPONENT MECESSITY IN AN IMMEDIATE PATIENT COMPOSITION a patient are described. More particularly, human antibodies that regulate NK cell activity and enable enhancement of NK cell cytotoxicity in mammalian patients and antibodies having antigen binding properties similar to those of human monoclonal antibody 1-7F9 or 14F1 are described. Fragments and derivatives of such antibodies, as well as pharmaceutical compositions comprising them and their uses, particularly for use in therapy, to enhance NK cell activity or cytotoxicity in patients are also described.
