Method for fermentation of L-lysine using hydrolyzed acid feed soybean and method for producing L - lysine from a product grown. It is disclosed a method for fermentation of L-lysine, using an acid hydrolysate of soybean ration as a source of organic nitrogen. The method comprises adjusting the pH of the acid hydrolysate of soybean ration at pH 2 ~ 4 before preparing the culture medium.Such adjusted values of pH may be increased the level of fermentation and the production of sugar from L - lysine in at least 8% and at least 7%, respectively, when compared with other pH values.
