The present invention relates to a new phenyl-containing N-acyl derivative of biogenic amines and amino acids of the general formula I as cyclooxygenase inhibitors having analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties, without side effects, in particular ulcerogenicity and prosasmatic effects, the ability to potentiate the action of other analgesics, which, in addition, have antihypoxic , antidepressant and antiparkinsonian action, as well as to methods for producing new and known phenyl-containing N-ac yl derivatives of biogenic amines, a pharmaceutical composition and an agent containing compounds of general formula I, as well as their use and method of treatment.
