METHOD FOR REPLACING A TWO-SIDED MODEL PLATE IN A NON-SHAPED FORMING DEVICE FOR UPPER AND LOWER FORMS

A method is proposed for replacing a double-sided model plate in a molding device for those without upper-shaped and lower-shaped molds, which allows for easy replacement of a double-sided model plate. The invention consists in performing the following steps, according to which at the first stage the double-sided model plate in the device is moved to a position between the upper flask and the lower flask of one of the sets of flasks in a perpendicular position and in a horizontal position they hold the new bilateral model plate between the upper flask and the lower flask of another set of flasks; in the second stage, the upper flask and the lower flask, holding the double-sided model plate in the device, are rotated from the perpendicular position to the horizontal position and the other upper and lower flask holding the new double-sided model plate is rotated from the horizontal position to the perpendicular position; and at the third stage, the new bilateral model plate is moved from the perpendicular position to the device and the double-sided model plate located in the device is moved from the horizontal position to the outside of the device.
