Sealed prefabricated manhole (1) made of metal or thermoplastic or other material of great mechanical tolerance or of a combination of various materials, with cylindrical or other shape for placement under the surface or at the level of the ground for use in networks with cables for telecommunication or electric installations and mainly for optical fibers cables networks, as intermediate visiting hand-hole or manhole by which the underground piping are interconnected within which the cables areplaced are interconnected. The sealed manhole has the characteristic name Sleeve Manhole, as by the total water-tightness it has, it can also operate as box of underground optical connector and accept any total of components and sub-systems in appropriate supports for the organization and the storage of welded optical fibers or metal cables. The sealing is achieved by two or more caps (2, 3) on bases with rubbers or other sealing method and by its air tight interconnection with the underground piping through suitable mechanical connectors-unions (8) that are adjusted to the lateral holes of the manhole or otherwise airtight interconnection of the pipes, directly in the lateral holes and allows the inlet of compressed air in its interior with suitable valves on the caps. The two caps provide further high security of access in the interior of the Manhole, as they can be opened only by authorized persons that have the special tools for opening. In addition, there is a potential to monitor the sealing of any manhole or any possible attempt of opening by non authorized persons, as well as the general sealing of the network, through sensors that control the internal pressure in each manhole and in each section of pipe that connectstwo manholes and they send a relevant message to the control centre when the pressure drops.
