The captioned invention regarding, Three Phase, Voltage and Current Controlled, Chokeless, Balanced Welding Transformer, described hereby, with reference to figures 1, 2 & 3. The figure [2] shows, the Primaries of the two circuits (x & y) are connected in star fashion and the secondaries in delta. The Primaries of both the circuits (x & y) are tapped at the beginning to change the secondary voltage thereby to regulate the current at the secondary and are connected to a three pole multi-way rotary switch and let the voltages and currents of both Primaries and Secondaries of both the circuit diagrams as for example be as shown in figure 2. The welding machine constructed in this way draws equal currents from three phase lines. Versatile product becomes consumer advantageous through wide range of options. It helps in balanced distribution system. Acts as Line Current Equalizer for other single phase machines. Cost of construction is reduced to a great extent. Improved protection facility to operator. Varity of open circuit voltage and current range. So with the help of single machine, any welding work from light duty structural welding to heavy duty welding of chemical vessels, ships etc. is possible with the help of this single machine. The machine is more economical, compact, can be available at an affordable price.
