A method of organizing mass weddings at a single venue comprising the steps of arrangements with the participants and their relatives, arrangements with the public services, arrangements of venue and decoration, arranging the celebrations as per the traditions wherein first a list is drawn of all the male and female participants who have already chosen their respective spouses for marriage, convincing them to participate in mass wedding by imbibing the merits of such an event and wherein the public services agencies like local Municipal Corporation, local police, local home guard, local fire station, local water supply division, local sewage waste management department, local health department, local public transport & local electricity supply office are request participation and wherein the wedding venue which has the biggest facility to hold such a huge event of mass marriage and which also has ample parking space to accommodate the vehicle which may be parked at the venue is booked and wherein the decoration is done by arranging for a decoration contractor who would do the floral arrangement along with the fancy lighting to make the venue more attractive and sitting arrangement is also made for the participants, attendees and the VIP guests followed by celebrations that comply with the religious sentiments and traditions which eventually concludes by a grand wedding feast and the musical programme.
