A novel membrane process for the production of Hydrogen Peroxide by non hazardous direct oxidation of hydrogen by oxygen using a novel hydrophobic composite Pd-membrane catalyst This invention relates to a novel membrane process for the production of hydrogen peroxide by non hazardous direct oxidation of hydrogen by oxygen using a novel hydrophobic composite Pd-membrane catalyst. The membrane process of this invention is capable of being used in the chemical industries for the production of hydrogen peroxide by the direct oxidation of hydrogen by oxygen to hydrogen peroxide without the formation of an explosive H2 and O2 gas mixture .
