The invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics.Summary of the invention consists in that into the knee joint it is introduced an arthroscope, it is examined the injury site and character, it is established the condyle fragment displacement level. Then, into the condyle fragment concomitantly in two sectors it is transcutaneously introduced a rod, it is carried out the fragment's reposition, afterwards it is temporary fixed with 2…3 wires, and then it is finally fixed with 2…3 cannulated screws to the uninjured condyle part. There are removed the rods, the wires and the arthroscope.
