The device (1) has a frame resting on wheels, and brushes driven in rotary motion in a direction, where brush (8) among the brushes includes a brush core comprising a hair brush. An air flow generating unit i.e. pump, generates pulsating airflow to strengthen operation of a brush element, so as to dissolve corpuscular material i.e. filler (2), which is firmly nestled in a surface such as artificial grass (3). The filler is removed and collected in a container designed as a collection agent.
