The service has a set of plates (2) with a support for carrying a food item such as meals, and a radio frequency identification (RFID) chip (5) placed on a back or bottom of the plates of a coil device (3), where the plates are distributed on production stations (4). A wireless contact is provided between the RIFD chip and an antenna (7), where the antenna is in contact with a central computer. A pair of antennas (10, 11) is used for writing information in a writable part of a memory of the RFID chip, so that the information about a dish on the plates is written in the RFID chip. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for recording purchase demand, production and marketing of a kitchen (2) a method for performing cash register and pay for meals with an identifier.
