The Method comprises: a) generate a Calibration on NIR spectral data of Training samples to Correlate quantitatively Spectral results with the Solids concentration of the Additive; (b) Radiate with NIR Flow of feed additiveThat is an unknown quantity of solids in a Succession of different values of Wavelength NIR Spectral Range covering a selected; (c) predict using Calibration and spectral data.A Solids concentration of the Additive; (d) compare the concentration of solids in the feed additive with a previously selected Target value; and adjusting at least one of the process variable (rate of application of Wax or resin compositions for the pieces of Wood in the mixer) effect ING to compensate for any difference between the values of certain Solids concentration dAnd the expected goal and selected Additives when compared in (d); (f) MIX Resin, Wax, Wood pieces and Moisture, to obtain the composition in a Mixer, hot pressing; (g) the composition of resin and Wood; and (H) repeat (b) to (e).
