The invention concerns a carriage (1) equipped with caster wheels (6) designed for use by tile setters, paving setters, floor layers and other like craftsmen comprising a platform (2) having an upper surface and a lower surface oriented towards the floor. The invention is characterized in that the caster wheels (6) are omnidirectional and in that they are fixed on the lower surface of the platform (2) which is preferably polygonal and at the center of which is fixed a seat (5) adjustable in height, the upper surface of said platform (2) being covered with at least one padded layer (3).
