The invention relates to a construction element of elongate shape, designed for supporting loads, made of concrete combined with metal truss structure, and to a double pre-stressed construction with plane intrados, respectively, which consists of roof and ceiling, used in wide span industrial constructions. The construction comprises an upper inclined or arch-shaped steel girder (2), separated into two symmetrical parts, fastened to some vertical elements (3) which are embedded in a concrete plate (1) centrically pre-stressed in a shuttering (6), the two symmetrical parts of the steel girder (2) being pre-stressed by means of a wedge (7) located, by pushing and spacing, inside the central opening between the two parts of the steel girder (2) and fastened thereto, by welding.
