The invention relates to a portable modular installation for testing the parameters of gas wells, to be used in research, putting into operation, overhaul activities in gas wells. According to the invention, the installation provides for the measurment, under various pressure conditions, of the parameters of a gas flow from a gas well, relating to flow rate, pressure, losses in the bearing bed, amounts of liquids and solid impurities, by comprising modules connected to each other by rigid and quick joints between high pressure pipes (1), said modules consisting of a distributor (2) wherethrough the gases are led up to the determination of the production parameters, the distributor being provided with three fluid distribution ways and comprising a first outlet through a fixed nozzle (12) meant to reduce the gas pressure, the diameter of a throttling disk (27) of the fixed nozzle (12) being set depending on a pressure value required by the well parameters, a second outlet being a direct orifice (14) for well pressure values close to gas distribution values, and the third outlet being an adjustable nozzle (16). The claimed installation is connected to a gas heater (3), a separating module (4) wherein the water is subjected to gravity separation and discharged to a calibration box (6) where the water amount is measured and the gases are led further to a burner (5) of the gas heater (3) and to a measuring panel (18) meant to measure well-specific parameters: flow rate, pressure and temperature of gas, after which the gases are discharged in a controlled manner, through a pressure regulator (21), to a skid (8), towards a burning flare.
