TELESCOPIC PROSTHESIS WITH MODIFIED LARGE PALATAL COUPLING FOR OPTURATION OF SPLITS

Invention solves the problem of construction of a large palatal coupling with telescopic prosthesis with patients suffering from splits and prevents flow of liquid and food into the nasal cavity and back, while the palatal couping is yet rigid enough, maximally reduced and makes no damage to the paradontal tissues of the remaining teeth and other soft tissues, it disturbs no function of the tongue and cheek mussles and shaped in such a way to create the conditions for possible later upgrades, reparations and supporting, placing under the prosthesis. With patients with innate or acquired nasal-labial passages i.e. splits (1) on the upper jaw (3), opturation of passage by means of a special opturator (8) was carried out, which is within the large coupling of the telescopic prosthesis, that holds by means of a few retaining teeth (2) whrereto are set telescopic systems (5), that are by means of optimizing approximal elongations (7) connected to the saddle of the prosthesis (6) and in such a way makes a functional unit.
