TECHNIQUE FOR TRANSPLANTING RIGHT HEPATIC LOBE FROM HEALTHY RELATIVE

A technique for transplanting the right hepatic lobe from the healthy relative comprises the separation of the graft in donor with the hepatic veins cut and its implantation to the recipient with the phleboplasty. The hepatic veins are cut in segments 5, 8 at the level of their connection with the intermediate hepatic vein. The autovenous insert is used for the phleboplasty. One end of the insert is anastomosed with the hepatic veins of segment 5, 8 while the opposite end is anastomosed with the orifice of the recipient's hepatic veins.
