A traction network in a power supply system with noncontact energy transfer to electric locomotives has lead and return conductors made of separate electrically connected segments of conductive stripes of l length, each segment is composed of two parts, the first one being length, the second one- length. Conductive stripes of the second part are separated with dielectric of thickness. Conductor of each segment is made multi-layer with conductive stripe layers separated by means of dielectric. The thickness of dielectric layer, which located between conductive stripes layers of the second part of each section, is chosen in order more than thickness.
